Whereas, A State Municipal Agreement has been executed by the Wisconsin Department of Transportation and the City of Milwaukee for the programming, design, and improvement of geometric changes on West Capitol Drive between the Soo Line Overpass and North 36th Street under the Highway Safety Improvement Program under Common Council File Number 151280; and

Whereas, As part of the preliminary engineering process, construction costs have been refined; and

Whereas, The project is currently scheduled for construction in 2018, and construction funds for the project will be requested in a separate resolution; and

Whereas; A revised State Municipal Agreement indicating the updated construction costs has been received from the Wisconsin Department of Transportation for City execution; now, therefore, be it

Resolved, By the Common Council of the City of Milwaukee, that the Commissioner of Public Works and the Comptroller are authorized to execute a revised State Municipal Agreement for geometric changes on West Capitol Drive between the S...
