Title
Ordinance relating to the change in zoning from Multi-Family Residence (R/C/40) to Parking (P/D/40) on the Northwest corner of South 13th Street and West Rogers Street, in the 12th Aldermanic District. (DCD)
Analysis
This ordinance will change the zoning to permit a surface parking lot.
Body
The Mayor and Common Council of the City of Milwaukee do ordain as follows:
Part 1. There is added to the Milwaukee Code of Ordinances a new section to read as follows:
Section 295-600(4).0030. The zoning map is amended to change the zoning for the area bounded by the centerline of West Rogers Street, the centerline of South 13th Street, a line 50 feet North and parallel to the north line of West Rogers Street and a line 150 feet West and parallel to the west line of South 13th Street, from Multi-Family Residence (R/C/40) to Parking (P/D/40).
