Analysis
This ordinance will allow for the occupancy of a comedy club in a building with an existing retail use.
Body
Resolved, That the Mayor and Common Council of the City of Milwaukee, do ordain as follows:
 
Part 1. There is added to the Milwaukee Code of Ordinances a new section to read as follows:
 
Section 295-801.3.0003. The zoning map is amended to change the zoning for the area bounded and described by the zoning line within the right-of-way of East Florida Street, the zoning line within the right-of-way of South 1st Street, a line 344.29 feet South and parallel to the south line of East Florida Street and a line 297.63 feet East and parallel to the east line of South 1st Street, from Industrial Heavy (IH) to Industrial Mixed (IM).
