Analysis
This resolution authorizes engineering studies on projects which by City Charter are nonassessable.  After design plans and estimates of costs have been prepared, a resolution authorizing construction will be submitted to the Common Council.
Body
Resolved, By the Common Council of the City of Milwaukee, that it is necessary and in the public interest to do the following described improvements according to City specifications:
 
5th Aldermanic District
 
W. Elmore Ct. - 150 feet m/l east of N. 93rd St. to N. 93rd St. (WT410021055): Relaying water main. (Nonassessable Water Fund -- $5,000)
 
13th Aldermanic District
 
S. 20th St. - W. Wood Ave. to 1000 feet m/l south of W. Wood Ave. (WT410021091): Relaying water main. (Nonassessable Water Fund -- $5,000)
 
14th Aldermanic District
 
E. Deer Pl. - S. Greenley St. to S. Burrell St. (SM495020194):  Relay combined sewer

Further Resolved, That all City Departments are authorized to perform engineering, surveys, plan preparation, and determine an estimated cost thereof; and, be it
 
Further Resolved, That the City Comptroller is authorized and directed to transfer such funds which are available for this purpose to the appropriate capital Project/Grant accounts.
