This resolution confirms the report of the Commissioner of Public Works, as modified by the Common Council Committee, on projects for which Public Hearings have been held. The resolution authorizes the levying of special assessments and directs the installation and construction of said public improvements.

Whereas, The Common Council of the City of Milwaukee adopted preliminary resolutions, determining it necessary and in the public interest to construct and levy special assessments for the following improvements:

E. North Ave. - N. Prospect Ave. to a point 150 feet m/l west of N. Oakland Ave. (Including N. Farwell Ave. at E. Kenilworth Pl., N. Prospect Ave. at E. Kenilworth Pl., and N. Prospect Ave. and E. Ivanhoe Pl.) (UR04082000/ST523000101) File Number 981612: Asphalt pavement resurfacing, special treatment, replace curb and gutter, sidewalk and driveway approaches where needed, sodding, and grading.
