Resolved, By the Common Council of the City of Milwaukee that said Common Council hereby ratifies and approves the Assignment of Lease Agreement from Akzo Salt Company, Inc. to Cargill, Inc., with the City, by and through its Board of Harbor Commissioners for lease of 4.3188 acres of Port property located on two parcels of land on the west side of South Carferry Drive, South Harbor Tract, for the remainder of the current term, 1 October 1994 through 30 September 1999, and, be it
Further Resolved, That the designated officers of said government and said Board are hereby authorized and directed to execute an agreement to carry out this purpose as prepared by the City Attorney's office.
