Title
Substitute ordinance to further amend the 2003 offices and positions in the City Service under control of the Common Council.

The Mayor and Common Council of the City of Milwaukee do ordain as follows:
Part 1. Section 1 of ordinance File Number 020487 relative to offices and positions in the City Service is hereby amended as follows:
Under "Health Department, Healthy Behaviors and HealthCare Access Division, Milwaukee Breast Cancer Awareness Program", delete one position of "Radiological Technician (KK)(X)" and add one position of "Radiologic Technologist - Mammographer(KK)(X)"; under "Disease Control and Prevention Division, Tuberculosis Control Unit", delete one position of "X-Ray Technician III(X)" and add one position of "Radiologic Technologist(X)"; under "Consumer Environmental Health Division", add footnote designation "(X)" to one position of "Consumer Environmental Health Manager(Y)"; under "Disease Control and Prevention Division", add footnote designation "(X)" to one position of "Disease Control and Prevention Manager(Y)" and one position of "Health Project Assistant"; under "Home Environmental Health Division, Lead Urban Initiatives Grant(LL)", add four positions of "Lead Risk Assessors III(X)(LL)", one position of "Chemist II(LL)", one position of "Lab Assistant II(.5 FTE)(LL)", one position of "Program Assistant(LL)" and one position of "Office Assistant II(LL)" and amend footnote "(LL)" as follows: "To expire 9/30/05 unless the Lead Urban Initiatives Grant, available from the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development, is extended"; amend footnote "(S)" as follows: "To expire 8/31/04 unless the Alcohol-related STD/HIV Risk Counseling Grant, available from the Medical College of Wisconsin is extended.
