Whereas, the plaintiffs individually filed eight separate federal court cases in the Eastern District of Wisconsin alleging claims for unconstitutional body-cavity searches against numerous police officers and the City of Milwaukee, and the cases were then consolidated for the purposes of discovery due to the common issues of fact and law in all eight cases.
Whereas the plaintiffs have agreed to settle all eight cases for a total of $375,000.
