Minutes note: Ms. Carlen Hatala said that the applicant is working on the front porch. Staff has some concerns as this project requires carpentry expertise. The HPC interns have been volunteered to take full measurements to make sure the repairs are done appropriately. Staff recommends that the property owner work with interns and approve with the conditions listed in the staff report. Approved with the conditions listed.
