Analysis
This zoning change was requested by Marquette University and will allow for development of its Athletic Performance Research Center.

Resolved, That the Mayor and Common Council of the City of Milwaukee, do ordain as follows:
Part 1. There is added to the Milwaukee Code of Ordinances a new section to read as follows:
The zoning map is amended to change the zoning for Part of 531 North James Lovell Street, Tax Key No. 361-0834-110 (including that portion of excess freeway lands acquired from Milwaukee County); 545 North James Lovell Street, Tax Key No. 361-0834-210; 555 North James Lovell Street, Tax Key No. 361-0835-000; 803 West Michigan Street, Tax Key No. 361-0840-111; 633 West Michigan Street, Tax Key No. 361-0822-110; 525 North 6th Street, Tax Key No. 361-0825-120; 533 North 9th Street, Tax Key No. 398-0117-210; 521 North 8th Street, Tax Key No. 361-0850-110 (including that portion of excess freeway lands acquired from Milwaukee County); 531 North 8th Street, Tax Key No. 361-0849-100; part of 547 North 9th Street, Tax Key No. 398-0119-110 (including that portion of excess freeway lands acquired from Milwaukee County), from Downtown-Office and Service (C9F(A)) and Industrial-Light (IL1) to Institutional District (TL).
