This substitute ordinance will allow the property to be developed with a single-family subdivision and an industrial/business park.
BODY:
The Mayor and Common Council of the City of Milwaukee do ordain as follows:

Part 1. There is added to the Milwaukee Code of Ordinances ("Code") a new section to read as follows:

Section 295-110(3).0002. The zoning map is amended to change the zoning for the area described as follows:

Part of Lot 6 and Lot 7 in Block 3, part of Lot 3 in Block 2 and all of Lot 4 in Block 2, The Highlands, a recorded subdivision, all of Lots 1-10 in Block 1, and Lots 1-5 in Block 2, of Park Club, a recorded subdivision, Parcel 3 of Certified Survey Map No. 3498, all being part of the Northeast 1/4 of the Southeast 1/4 and the Southeast 1/4 of the Northeast 1/4 of Section 7, Township 8 North, Range 21 East, City of Milwaukee, Milwaukee County, Wisconsin, bounded and described as follows:

Commencing at the Northeast corner of said Southeast 1/4 Section; thence South 00 deg. 32 min. 47 sec. East along the East line of said 1/4 Section 663.40 feet to a point; thence South 86 deg. 41 min. 03 sec. West along the South line of The Highlands 419.00 feet to the point of beginning of the lands to be described; thence continuing South 86 deg. 41 min. 03 sec. West along said line 339.71 feet to a point; thence South 00 deg. 38 min. 29 sec. East along the East line of Block 2, Park Club, 331.55 feet to a point; thence South 86 deg. 41 min. 56 sec.
