Analysis
This resolution authorizes the proper City Officers to execute Sewer Easement Release SER-1725A & 1725B, located in the vacated alley in the block bounded by South 35th Street, South 36th Street, West Burnham Street and West Rogers Street in the 8th Aldermanic District.
Body
Whereas, On September 28, 1965 and December 16, 1965, the City of Milwaukee was granted easements for a sewer located in the vacated alley in the block bounded by South 35th Street, South 36th Street, West Burnham Street and West Rogers Street; and

Whereas, A portion of the sewer located within the easements in the vacated alley in the block bounded by South 35th Street, South 36th Street, West Burnham Street and West Rogers Street has been abandoned and is no longer in use by the City; and

Whereas, The sewer easements to be released are no longer required for sewer purposes and do not serve the interest of the City of Milwaukee and should be released; now, therefore, be it

Resolved, By the Common Council of the City of Milwaukee, that the proper City Officers are hereby authorized and directed to execute Sewer Easement Release SER-1725A & 1725B, a copy of which is attached to the Common Council Resolution File Number 090422 and incorporated in this resolution by reference as though set forth in full; and, be it

Further Resolved, That after said sewer easement release has been executed by the proper City Officers, they shall be forwarded to the office of the City Attorney for approval as to form and execution and then to the Department of Public Works for recording and proper distribution.
