Whereas, Section 67.101(13) of Wisconsin Statues, permits draws on the Public Debt Amortization Fund to directly pay debt service on City Debt; now therefore be it
Resolved, that $______ of the Public Debt Amortization Fund is directed to be transferred to the Debt Service Fund on or before December 31, 2026 to be used to pay interest on and principal of general obligation bonds or notes of the City.
