City code provisions prohibiting fraud on residential landlords are designed to sunset after June 30, 1997. This ordinance extends these provisions through June 30, 2000.

BODY:

The Mayor and Common Council of the City of Milwaukee do ordain as follows:

Part 1. Part 2 of Common Council File Number 941972, passed July 14, 1995, is amended to read:

Part 2. This section shall be null and void after June 30, [[1997]] >>2000<<.
