Title
A substitute ordinance to further amend the 2025 rates of pay of offices and positions in the City Service.

Analysis
This substitute ordinance changes the rates of pay in the following departments:
Department of Administration (Office of the Director), Department of Emergency Communications, Police Department, Department of Public Works - Operations Division (Fleet Services Section)

Body
The Mayor and Common Council of the City of Milwaukee do ordain as follows:

Part 1. Part 1, Section 1 of ordinance File Number 240764 relative to rates of pay of offices and positions in the City Service is hereby amended as follows (Effective Pay Period 21, 2025 - September 28, 2025):

Under 1EX, delete footnote designation (4) from and add footnote designation (5) to title of “Fleet Inventory Manager (1) (4)”.

Under 1GX, add footnote designation (10) to titles of “Fleet Operations and Training Manager (7)” and “Fleet Demolition Manager (7)”.

Under Pay Range 1IX, delete the title of “Police Forensic Services Director (1) (10)”, delete footnote (10) in its entirety, and renumber remaining footnotes accordingly.

Under Pay Range 1JX, add the title of “Police Forensic Services Manager (3)”.

Under 1MX, add the title of “Police Forensic Services Director (14)”.

Part 2. Part 1, Section 2 of ordinance File Number 240764 relative to rates of pay of offices and positions in the City Service is hereby amended as follows (Effective Pay Period 21, 2025 - September 28, 2025):

Under Pay Range 2GX, add the title of “Community Program Coordinator”.

Under Pay Range 2HN, add the title of “Forensic Print Examiner I (5)”.

Under Pay Range 2IN, add the title of “Forensic Print Examiner II (4)”.

Under Pay Range 2LN, add the title of “Forensic Print Examiner Supervisor (9)”.
