This resolution would approve Extension and Restructuring of Lease Agreement with Milwaukee Bulk Terminals, Inc., for 13.8 acres, located at 401 E. Greenfield Avenue, to better accommodate Wisconsin Electric Power Company's future needs.

BODY:      

Resolved, By the Common Council of the City of Milwaukee that said Common Council hereby ratifies and approves the Extension and Restructuring of Lease Agreement between the City, by and through its Board of Harbor Commissioners, and Milwaukee Bulk Terminals, Inc., for lease of 13.8 acres of Port property located at 401 E. Greenfield Avenue, for the five-year period 1 January 1998 through 31 December 2002, and, be it

Further Resolved, That the designated officers of said government and said Board are hereby authorized and directed to execute an agreement to carry out this purpose as prepared by the City Attorney's office.
