City of Milwaukee (Milwaukee County Case No. 24CV499), 875 East 1, LLC et al. v. City of Milwaukee (Milwaukee County Case No. 25CV2465), and 875 East 1, LLC v. City of Milwaukee (Milwaukee County Case No. 26CV5913) for the total amount of $301,869.53.
