Recommendation of renewal of the Class "B" Tavern and Tavern Dance License with a 15-day suspension of Eleuterio Colon-Rivera for the premises at 1806 E. North Avenue "Club Matisse"

Recommendation of renewal of the Class "B" Tavern License with a 30-day suspension, of Carla S. Gray for the premises at 1816 W. Fond du Lac Avenue "Sexy Lady" (17th Ald. Dist.) (No written exceptions were filed)
THE CHAIR questioned whether all members of the Common Council had read the report and recommendations by the Utilities and Licenses Committee.
Ayes: 14 - Ald. Pratt, D'Amato, Henningsen, Gordon, Frank, Richards, Butler, Scherbert, Witkowiak, Pawlinski, Nardelli, Murphy, Hines and President Kalwitz.
Noes: 1 - Ald. Johnson-Odom.
Excused: 2 - Ald. Schramm and Breier.

ALD. GORDON moved to return the Class "D" Bartender License renewal application of Ervin L. Scott back to Committee.
The motion prevailed.
ALD. GORDON moved for approval of File 971868 as amended.
The motion prevailed by the following vote:
