This resolution conditionally approves a final certified survey map.

Body

Whereas, The Department of City Development received an application requesting the approval of a final certified survey map by DSK, LLC; and

Whereas, This final certified survey map is being used to facilitate redevelopment of city-owned land; and

Whereas, Section 119-5 of the Milwaukee Code of Ordinances allows for conditional approval of final certified survey maps; now, therefore, be it

Resolved, By the Common Council of the City of Milwaukee, that the following certified survey map be and hereby are conditionally approved, with the conditions outlined in Attachment A:
