Title
A substitute ordinance relating to parking controls.
Analysis
This ordinance establishes the above-mentioned parking requirements in various parts of the
City.
Body
The Mayor and Common Council of the City of Milwaukee do ordain as follows:
Part 1. Section 101-23-3 of the Code relating to No Parking is amended by striking the following:
“On the north side of East North Avenue from North Humboldt Avenue to a point 320 feet east from 7:00 AM to 7:00 PM except Saturday and Sunday”
“On East North Avenue from a point 505 feet west of North Cambridge Street to North Commerce Street”
“On the north side of West Warnimont Avenue from South 61st Street to South Hamilton Court from 7:00 AM to 5:00 PM except Saturday and Sunday”
“On the east side of South 11th Street from the north curb line of West Mitchell Street to a point 230 feet north thereof at any time”
“On the east side of South 27th Street from West Dakota Street to West Cleveland Avenue at any time”
“On the east side of South 27th Street from a point 170 feet north of the north curb line of West Dakota Street extended to a point 135 feet further north thereof at any time”
“On South 27th Street from West Dakota Street to a point 90 feet south of West Kinnickinnic River Parkway, at any time”
Part 2. Section 101-23-3 of the Code relating to No Parking is amended by adding the following:
On the north side of East North Avenue from North Bremen Street to appoint 105 feet east
On the north side of East North Avenue from North Humboldt Boulevard to a point 160 feet east
On East North Avenue from North Commerce Street to North Cambridge Avenue
On the north side of West Warnimont Avenue from South 61st Street to South Hamilton Court on School Days from 7:00 AM to 4:30 PM
On the west side of North Water Street from a point 125 feet south of East Hamilton Street to a point 25 feet south thereof
