TITL:
Substitute motion to approve recommendations of the Utilities and Licenses Committee relative to renewal of the rooming house license issued to Justin A. Fernandez for the premises located at 3217 W. Wells Street, in the 4th Aldermanic District.
ANLS:
This substitute motion renews the rooming house license of Justin A. Fernandez for the premises located      at 3217 W. Wells Street.
BODY:
Whereas, The Hearing Examiner held an evidentiary hearing on November 25, 1998, and the Utilities and Licenses Committee held a hearing on December 7, 1998, relative to the renewal of the rooming house license of Justin A. Fernandez for the premises located at 3217 W. Wells Street; and
 
Whereas, The Utilities and Licenses Committee, after reviewing the Findings of Fact and Conclusions of Law of the Hearing Examiner, voted unanimously (4 ayes, 0 noes, 2 excused) to recommend renewal of said license; now, therefore, be it
 
Resolved, That the Common Council of the City of Milwaukee, hereby accepts the recommendation of the Utilities and Licenses Committee to renew the rooming house license of Justin A. Fernandez for the premises located at 3217 W. Wells Street despite aldermanic objections.
