Title
Substitute resolution permitting a minor modification to the Detailed Planned Development (DPD) known as Gordon Knoll, located on land on the North Side of East Locust Street and West of vacated North Gordon Place in the 3rd Aldermanic District.
Analysis
This substitute resolution will permit the exterior walls of the previously approved condominium structure to be constructed with Fibercement siding instead of the previously approved metal panel system.
Body
Whereas, Section 295-907-2-i of the Milwaukee Code of Ordinances permits modifications to planned developments after approval of the Common Council; and
Whereas, The detailed plan for a planned development known as Gordon Knoll was approved by the Common Council on November 6, 2001, under File No. 010535; and
Whereas, The developer proposes to utilize Fibercement siding on the exterior walls of the proposed condominium structure instead of the previously approved metal panel system; and
Whereas, The proposed use is consistent with the spirit and intent of the approved plans and will not adversely affect surrounding development; now, therefore, be it
Resolved, By the Common Council of the City of Milwaukee, that the minor modification to the approved plans permitting the exterior walls of the subject condominium structure to be constructed with Fibercement siding is approved.
