Title
Substitute resolution relating to expenditure of funds to be reimbursed by greater than anticipated revenue (Health Department).
Body
Whereas, Section 304-91 of the Milwaukee Code of Ordinances establishes procedural guidelines related to the expenditure of funds to be reimbursed by greater than anticipated revenues; and
Whereas, the FEMA agreed to pay for Covid-19 vaccines administered in the City of Milwaukee; and
Whereas, The City of Milwaukee incurred expenditures that are eligible for reimbursement by FEMA and required greater than anticipated vaccination sites to reach the underserved population,
Whereas, The City Comptroller has certified greater than anticipated revenue in the amount up to $4,000,000, pursuant to s. 304-91,
Pursuant to s. 304-91, I hereby certify that the money required for this is anticipated to be realized on or before December 31, 2021 and to be expended only for the purpose in this resolution.

Resolved, By the Common Council of the City of Milwaukee, that the Comptroller is authorized to increase appropriations in the amount up to $4,000,000 in the Health Department 2021 Operating account (0001-3810-R999-006300) and to increase the 2021 Estimated Revenue account (0001-3810-009300) up to $4,000,000.
Further Resolved, That the Comptroller is authorized and directed to establish the necessary accounts and accounting procedures to carry out the intent of this resolution.
