Title

A substitute ordinance relating to parking controls.

Analysis

This ordinance establishes the above-mentioned parking requirements in various parts of the

City.

Body

The Mayor and Common Council of the City of Milwaukee do ordain as follows:

 

Part 1.  Section 101-23-3 of the Code relating to No Parking is amended by striking the following:

 

“On the south side of West Dodge Place from South 63rd Street to a point 225 feet west”

 

Part 2.  Section 101-23-3 of the Code relating to No Parking is amended by adding the following:

 

On the north side of West Greenfield Avenue from South 8th Street to a point 65 feet west

 

On the north side of East Greenfield Avenue from a point 1,085 feet east of South Barclay Street to a point 25 feet east thereof

 

On the south side of West Nebraska Avenue from South 63rd Street to a point 225 feet west

 

On east side of North 86th Street from a point 465 feet south of West Bradley Road to a point 80 feet south thereof

 

In the alley bounded by West Fond du Lac Avenue, West Keefe Avenue, West Townsend Street, North 41st Street and North 42nd Street

 

Part 3.  Section 101-23-4-c of the Code relating to One-Hour Parking is amended by striking the following:

 

“On East Woodstock Place between North Lake Drive and North Terrace Avenue”

 

Part 4.  Section 101-23-4-d of the Code relating to Two-Hour Parking is amended by striking the following:

 

“On the west side of North 52nd Street from West Locust Street to West Chambers Street from 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM except Saturday and Sunday”
