This resolution will cancel weed cutting charges placed on the 1997 Tax Roll.

BODY:

Whereas, Weed cutting charges were made against a parcel of real estate in 1997 (this property belongs to the U. S. Postal Service); now, therefore, be it

Resolved, By the Common Council of the City of Milwaukee, that proper city officers are authorized and directed to amend the 1997 Tax Roll by cancelling $55.00 of weed cutting charges against the following Tax Key Number:

170-9957-100-4 (also known as 5995 N. Teutonia Ave.)

and the amount in this resolution is to be charged to Fund Number 01-565-9472-088 and, be it

Further Resolved , That no interest be paid on the delinquent charge in this resolution.
