ANLS:
-Analysis- This resolution grants continuation of deferred payment of certain special assessments and directs the current year's installment be paid.
BODY:
Whereas, The Common Council previously confirmed certain resident property owners as Worthy Indigents; and

Whereas, The Deferred Assessment Board has completed its annual review of the resident owners confirmed in prior years; now, therefore, be it

Resolved, By the Common Council of the City of Milwaukee, that after December 20, 1999, and upon receipt of the tax bill for the listed property from the City Treasurer, the Department of Public Works shall process necessary documents to have a check issue to the City Treasurer in the amount listed to pay the 1999 special assessment installment so indicated for confirmed Worthy Indigent resident property owner:

Further Resolved, That following the issuance of said check, the deferred special assessment shall be processed in the manner specified in File Number 74-1975;
