Title
Substitute ordinance relating to the change in zoning from Local Business (LB2) to Two-Family Residential (RT4), on land located on the North Side of West Burleigh Street and West of North 12th Street, in the 10th Aldermanic District.
Analysis
This substitute ordinance will consolidate property under a single base zoning district to allow for the construction of a church and school.
Body
Resolved, That the Mayor and Common Council of the City of Milwaukee, do ordain as follows:
 
Part 1. There is added to the Milwaukee Code of Ordinances a new section to read as follows:
 
Section 295-501.2(c).0002. The zoning map is amended to change the zoning for the area bounded by the zoning line within the right-of-way along West Burleigh Street, the zoning line within the right-of-way along North 12th Street, a line 120 feet North and parallel to the north line of West Burleigh Street and a line 90 feet West and parallel to the west line of North 12th Street, from Local Business (LB2) to Two-Family Residential (RT4).
