This ordinance body-piercing establishments a permitted use in office and service (C9F) and mixed activity (C9G) zoning districts; and a special use in local business, commercial service, regional shopping and major retail (C9E) zoning districts.

BODY:

The Mayor and Common Council of the City of Milwaukee do ordain as follows:

Part 1. Section 295-323-9-h of the code is created to read:
