On January 17, 1997, the common council passed file number 961446, an ordinance relating to building inspection provisions concerning unsafe buildings. One provision in the ordinance established certain special appeals procedures relating to building inspection orders concerning unsafe buildings and provided that those procedures be null and void after February 28, 1998. This ordinance repeals the February 28, 1998 "sunset" provision.
BODY:
The Mayor and Common Council of the City of Milwaukee do ordain as follows:
Part 1. Parts 14 and 15 of ordinance file number 961446, passed January 17, 1997, are repealed.
