Further Resolved, That the appropriate City officials are authorized and directed to negotiate and enter into an agreement with the Milwaukee Puerto Rican Cultural Committee for the purpose of accepting City funds for use in the committee's 2005 Puerto Rican Parade and Festival celebration.
