BODY:

Resolved, By the Common Council of the City of Milwaukee that the following easements offered the City:

Water Easement WE-756, executed by the City of Greenfield, a municipal corporation of the State of Wisconsin, and David L. Miles and Elsbeth J. Miles, his wife, for a permanent water main in South 27th Street (vacated) from West Carpenter Avenue (extended) to 100 feet more or less south of West Holmes Avenue, in the City of Greenfield.

Water Easement WE-814, executed by the City of Greenfield, a municipal corporation of the State of Wisconsin, and Old Tuckaway Associates Limited Partnership, for a permanent water main in Parcel 2, C.S.M. No. 5037, south of West Edgerton Avenue and east of South 35th Street, in the City of Greenfield.
