BODY:
The Mayor and Common Council of the City of Milwaukee do ordain as follows:
The widths of the sidewalk areas, roadways and center plots of the following streets in the City of Milwaukee are established or altered and established as follows:
1. On North Achilles Street from East Auer Avenue to East Concordia Avenue at 6.5 feet.
2. On South Austin Street from East Plainfield Avenue to East Waterford Avenue at 15 feet.
3. On South Austin Street from East Waterford Avenue to East Norwich Street.
East Sidewalk Area:
From the north line of East Waterford Avenue to a point 91.60 feet north, the width is 8 feet. From the last named point to a point 59.91 feet north, the right of way width widens and the sidewalk area is 9 feet. From the last named point to a point 170 feet north the sidewalk area is 15 feet, being the east 15 feet of an easement for street within Wisconsin Electric Power Company right of way lands. From the last named point to the south line of East Norwich Street, the width is 15 feet.
West Sidewalk Area:
From the north line of East Waterford Avenue to a point 139.04 feet north, the width is 15 feet. From the last named point to a point 180 feet north, the sidewalk area is 15 feet, being the west 15 feet of an easement for street within Wisconsin Electric Power Company right of way lands. From the last named point to the south line of East Norwich Street, the width is 15 feet.
