Whereas, Bacher Farm, a recorded subdivision map being Lots 1 thru 11 in Block 4 and all of Block 3, in Green Tree Meadows Addition No. 1, and unplatted lands, all being a part of the Southwest 1/4 and Southeast 1/4 of the Northeast 1/4 and part of the Northwest 1/4 and Northeast 1/4 of the Southeast 1/4 of Section 22, Town 8 North, Range 21 East, in the City of Milwaukee, Milwaukee County, Wisconsin, was recorded as Document No. 9319758 on October 13, 2006; and
Whereas, Gregg C. Hagopian, Assistant City Attorney, submitted an affidavit correcting property ownership data contained in said map pursuant to the provisions of Section 236.295, Wisconsin Statutes; now, therefore, be it
Resolved, By the Common Council of the City of Milwaukee, that the Affidavit of Plat Correction, a copy of which is attached to this Common Council File as Exhibit A and made part hereof as though fully set forth herein, is approved.
