Title
A substitute ordinance relating to parking controls in various Aldermanic Districts.
Analysis
This ordinance establishes the above-mentioned parking requirements in various
parts of the City.
Body
The Mayor and Common Council of the City of Milwaukee do ordain as follows:
Part 1. Section 101-23-3 of the Code relating to No Parking is amended by striking the following:
“On the south side of West Clybourn Street from North 25th Street to a point 50 feet east”
Part 2. Section 101-23-3 of the Code relating to No Parking is amended by adding the following:
On the south side of West Clybourn Street from North 25th Street to a point 100 feet east
On the east side of North 58th Street from a point 550 feet south of West Sheridan Avenue to a point 80 feet south thereof
On the east side of North 20th Street from a point 320 feet south of West Garfield Avenue to a point 100 feet south thereof
On the west side of North 20th Street from a point 220 feet south of West Garfield Avenue to a point 100 feet south thereof
Part 3. Section 101-23-4-b of the Code relating to Half-Hour Parking is amended by striking the following:
“On the east side of North 54th Street from the north curb line of West Washington Boulevard to a point approximately 100 feet north thereof from 7:00 AM to 5:00 PM except Saturday and Sunday”
Part 4. Section 101-23-4-c of the Code relating to One-Hour Parking is amended by striking the following:
“On West North Avenue from North 33rd Street to North 40th Street from 7:00 AM to 7:00 PM Except Sunday”
Part 5. Section 101-23-4-c of the Code relating to One-Hour Parking is amended by adding the following:
On West North Avenue from North 35th Street to North 40th Street
On South 19th Street from a point 120 feet north of West Halsey Avenue to West Edgerton Avenue
On West Halsey Avenue from South 18th Street to South 20th Street
