Analysis
This resolution authorizes engineering studies on projects which by City Charter are nonassessable. After design plans and estimates of costs have been prepared, a resolution authorizing construction will be submitted to the Common Council.

Resolved, By the Common Council of the City of Milwaukee, that it is necessary and in the public interest to do the following described improvements according to City specifications:

N. 1st St. (Vacated) (SE - 2451) - E. Ship St. (Vacated) to E. Pleasant St. (SM495050049): Relaying combined sewer. (Nonassessable Sewer Maintenance Relay Fund -- $12,000)

N. Warren Ave. - E. Brady St. to E. Boylston St. (SM495040178): Relay combined sewer. (Nonassessable Sewer Maintenance Relay Fund -- $20,000)
