Alderman Michael Murphy, 10th Aldermanic District.
The libraries that will be open during the summer are:
Central Lbrary, Mill Road Library, Atkinson Library, Washington Park Library, Zablocki Library and the Bayview Library.
Alderman Murphy expressed concern about the possible closure of the Capitol Library and impact the closure of this library may have on the community.
Alderman McGee asked whether there would be public annoucements to identify the libraries that would be closed during the summer?
He also requested information be forwarded to aldermen identifying the library closures during the summer.
