Title
Substitute ordinance relating to the change in zoning from Industrial-Light to Local Business, for additional uses, on land located on the north side of West Hadley Street, west of North 4th Street, in the 6th Aldermanic District.
Analysis
This zoning change was requested by 2821 North 4th Street, LLC, and will permit additional uses, such as housing, at the Milwaukee Enterprise Center that are compatible with the surrounding neighborhood.
Body
Resolved, That the Mayor and Common Council of the City of Milwaukee, do ordain as follows:
 
Part 1. There is added to the Milwaukee Code of Ordinances a new section to read as follows:
 
Section 295-601.2.0046. The zoning map is amended to change the zoning for 2801-2821 North 4th Street, Tax Key No. 313-1916-110, from Industrial-Light (IL2) to Local Business (LB2).
