Analysis
As recommended by the city of Milwaukee outstanding debt task force’s final report contained in file number 051098, submitted to the common council on December 13, 2005, this substitute ordinance requires that the city comptroller submit to the common council a written annual report analyzing delinquent outstanding debt.
Body
The Mayor and Common Council of the City of Milwaukee do ordain as follows:
Part 1. Section 304-1-5 of the code is created to read:
304-1 Duties of Comptroller.
5. The city comptroller shall submit a written annual report to the common
council analyzing delinquent outstanding debt.
