Resolved, By the Common Council of the City of Milwaukee that the following easement offered the City:

Water Easement WE-834, executed by the City of Milwaukee, a municipal corporation of the State of Wisconsin, and August Urbanek Development and Management Limited Partnership, a Delaware Limited Partnership, for a permanent water main easement in C.S.M. No. 6374, Parcel 2, south of West Metro Boulevard, and east of North 114th Street, in the City of Milwaukee.
