This resolution directs the installation and construction of certain public improvements which have been determined to be nonassessable by the Commissioner of Public Works. The City cost of the projects approved by this resolution is estimated to be $3,830,000. The total estimated cost of these projects is $6,491,000.

Whereas, The Common Council of the City of Milwaukee adopted preliminary resolutions determining it necessary and in the public interest to construct nonassessable improvements; and

Whereas, Plans, specifications and cost estimates have been prepared for the following described improvements:

4th Aldermanic District

Intersection at E. Erie St., N. Milwaukee St. and E. Corcoran Ave. (TD05684003) File Number 070757: Intersection modifications. (TID Fund -- $100,000). The total estimated cost for this project including the requested amount is $100,000. This project is anticipated to be completed during the 2008 construction season.

Intersection at N. Milwaukee St., E. Menomonee St. and N. Young St. (TD05684003) File Number 070757: Intersection modifications. (TID Fund -- $300,000). The total estimated cost for this project including the requested amount is $300,000. This project is anticipated to be completed during the 2008 construction season.

N. 10th St. - W. State St. to 300 feet south of W. State St. (SM495060048) File Number 070488: Relay storm sewer. (Nonassessable Sewer Maintenance Relay Fund -- $10,000 Additional Fund). The total estimated cost for this project including the requested amount is $91,000. The project has been completed.
