Whereas, The City is involved in a matter of ongoing litigation, in which professional services are required; and

Whereas, It is in the best interest of the City to enter into an agreement with an outside contractor for the provision of professional services relating to ongoing litigation; now, therefore, be it

Resolved, By the Common Council of the City Milwaukee, that the Office of the City Attorney is authorized to enter into an agreement with an outside contractor as described in the closed session held on June 3, 2024, for provision of professional services relating to ongoing litigation.
