Title

A substitute ordinance relating to the change in zoning from Industrial-Office to Industrial-Mixed on land located at 3456 North Buffum Street, on the east side of North Buffum Street, south of East Keefe Avenue, in the 6th Aldermanic District.

Analysis

This zoning change was initiated by the City of Milwaukee and will permit future development on the site consistent with the recommendations of a 2014 UWM-sponsored design charrette.

Body

Resolved, That the Mayor and Common Council of the City of Milwaukee, do ordain as follows:

 

Part 1. There is added to the Milwaukee Code of Ordinances a new section to read as follows:

 

Section 295-801.3.0028. The zoning map is amended to change the zoning for 3456 North Buffum Street, Tax Key No. 281-2678-000, from Industrial-Office (IO2) to Industrial-Mixed (IM).
