The resolution reauthorizes this authority as provided for in the budget and directs the Department of Public Works Operations Division to use the reauthorized authority for the Menomonee Valley Facilities Relocation project.

Body

Whereas, The 2004 budget of the City of Milwaukee authorizes carry-over borrowing authority of $313,500 for funding the Traser Yard - Parking and Storage Facility project (BU11083100); and

Whereas, The City of Milwaukee is desirous of using said authority for the Menomonee Valley Facilities Relocation project (BU110040300); and

Whereas, The authority for funding the Traser Yard - Parking and Storage Facility project (BU11083100) expired in 2003, but was included in the 2004 budget; now, therefore, be it

Resolved, By the Common Council of the City of Milwaukee, that it hereby authorizes the carry-over authority of $313,500 as established in the 2004 budget; and, be it

Further Resolved, That the Department of Public Works Operations Division is hereby authorized and directed to utilize the authority of $313,500 for funding the Traser Yard - Parking and Storage Facility project (BU11083100) for the Menomonee Valley Facilities Relocation project (BU110040300); and, be it
