Title

Analysis

This ordinance replaces the razed 4^th & Highland parking structure in the code with the new Bucks parking structure at 1215 N. 5^th Street, and doubles the maximum applicable parking fee chargeable at this new structure, and the city’s parking structures at MacArthur Square, 724 N. Plankinton Avenue and 1000 N. Water Street.

The Mayor and Common Council of the City of Milwaukee do ordain as follows:

Part 1. Section 309-61-2-a of the code is amended to read:

309-61. Operation of Parking Facilities

2. PARKING RATES.

a. Parking structures at MacArthur Square, [[4th & Highland,]] >>1215 N. 5th Street,<< 724 N. Plankinton Avenue and 1000 N. Water Street:

a-1. 1st half hour - $1.00 to [[$4.00]]>>$8.00<<.

a-2. Daily maximum and special event - $5.00 to [[$25.00]]>>$50.00<<.

a-3. Early bird and non-event night and weekend - $3.00 to [[$15.00]]>>$30.00<<.

a-4. Monthly: unreserved - $55.00 to [[$150.00]]>>$300.00<<; reserved - $95.00 to [[$175.00]]>>$350.00<<.
