Minutes note: Ald. McGee moved to delete from the grant list and return to Committee the following application: NAZER, Mohammed F. Agent for "Four Gems,LLC", Class "A" Liquor and Malt application for "Holton Liquor" at 2305 N. Holton St. Ald. Murphy moved that the Common Council enter the Committee of the Whole for the purpose of hearing from the office of the City Attorney. There was no objection. Assistant City Attorney Tom Beamish appeared and addressed the Common Council. Ald. Murphy moved that the Committee rise. There was no objection. Ald. McGee to moved to amend his motion to indicate that he wished this application moved to the deny list on the grounds of concentration. Ald. Wade moved that the Common Council enter the Committee of the Whole for the purpose of hearing from the office of the City Attorney. There was no objection. Assistant City Attorney Tom Beamish appeared and addressed the Common Council. Ald. Murphy moved that the Committee now rise. On the motion: Hamilton, Davis, D'Amato, McGee, Murphy, Witkowski, Zielinski and Hines AYE; Bauman, Bohl, Puente, Dudzik and Witkowiak NO; Wade ABSTAIN; Donovan EXCUSED -- MOTION FAILS
