This ordinance permits police department parking checkers to issue citations for violations of s. 105-64, vehicle parking on front yards of private property.
BODY:
The Mayor and Common Council of the City of Milwaukee do ordain as follows:
 
Part 1. Section 105-64-4 of the code is created to read:
 
105-64. Vehicle Parking on Private Property.
 
4. CITATIONS. In addition to other applicable enforcement procedures and pursuant to s. 66.119, Wis. Stats., police department parking checkers may issue citations pursuant to the citation procedure in s. 50-25 to any person violating this section.
