Analysis

This ordinance increases the fees charged for on-street daytime parking permits.  The annual permit fee will be increased from the current $2 to $10 while the quarterly permit fee will be increased from $1 to $3.  These permits are issued pursuant to s. 101-27.5.

Body

The Mayor and Common Council of the City of Milwaukee do ordain as follows:

Part 1.  Section 81-86 of the code is amended to read:

81-86.  Parking Permit:  On-street Daytime Residential.  1.  The fee for each annual on-street, daytime, residential parking permit shall be $[[2]] >>10<<.

2.  The fee for each quarterly permit shall be $[[1]] >>3<<.
