Title
Substitute ordinance relating to the change in zoning from Multi-Family Residential (RM4) to Local Business (LB2), on land located on the West Side of North Oakland Avenue and North of East Hartford Avenue, in the 3rd Aldermanic District.
Analysis
This substitute ordinance will allow for expansion of an existing convenience store.

Resolved, That the Mayor and Common Council of the City of Milwaukee do ordain as follows:
Part 1. There is added to the Milwaukee Code of Ordinances a new section to read as follows:
Section 295-601.2.0001.
The zoning map is amended to change the zoning for the area bounded by the zoning line within the right-of-way of North Oakland Avenue, a line 60 feet North and parallel to the north line of East Hartford Avenue, a line 90 feet North and parallel to the north line of East Hartford Avenue and a line 127 feet West and parallel to the west line of North Oakland Avenue from Multi-Family Residential (RM4) to Local Business (LB2).
