Analysis
This resolution confirms the report of the Commissioner of Public Works, as modified by the Common Council Committee, on projects for which Public Hearings have been held. The resolution authorizes the levying of special assessments and directs the installation and construction of said public improvements.

Whereas, The Common Council of the City of Milwaukee adopted preliminary resolutions, determining it necessary and in the public interest to construct and levy special assessments for the following improvements:

4th Aldermanic District

N. 4th St. (West Side) – W. Kilbourn Ave. to W. State St. (ST211010169) File Number 010220: Install concrete curb and gutter. (Assessable Reconstruction Paving Fund -- $6,600; Nonassessable Reconstruction Paving Fund -- $25, 200)

6th Aldermanic District

E. Garfield Ave. – N. Humboldt Ave. to N. Weil St. (TD02284021/ST211010171) File Number 010433: Asphalt pavement resurfacing, replace all curb and gutter, sidewalk and driveway approaches, sodding, and grading. (TID 22 Funds -- $45,000; Assessable Reconstruction Paving Fund -- $18,500)
