This ordinance removes the exclusion of city employees from the Milwaukee safety and civic commission.

Body

The Mayor and Common Council of the City of Milwaukee do ordain as follows:

Part 1. Section 320-27-1-0 of the code is amended to read:

320-27. Safety and Civic Commission.

1. CREATION.  There is created a safety and civic commission comprised of the following, all of whom shall live in the city [[and shall not be city employees]]:
